Traffic exchange WWW real estate owner needs help

I have some valuable traffic exchange real estate, and I am looking for partners, or ideas of how to renovate the online property of mine. For what has been around a year now, I have owned domains that were Traffic exchanges-- for my guess is a couple years-- before--I acquired it.

I am quite happy with what the real estate has produced, so far, because all I did was create a redirect from the domain to my JoeShmo200 traffic exchange page. The domains are 5000hitsfree.com and nettraffic4you.com

I have created a few blogs one is power-home-biz.blogspot.com and the other is under construction using WordPress at jobsandblogs.com I would like to create a type of perhaps RSS search engine, and Traffic exchange, and direct my clients to the JoeShmo200 forum--or other support forum.

As a webmaster, I purchased some PHP search engines, which are not adaptable to RSS search. Feedsteer has the sort of technology, that I would like to create, but it’s to slow, I need a faster search.One of the main reasons Google is so successful--is because their search results are fast.
